Chucky

Chucky and you met in childhood. He was that man trapped in a doll, and you, at the age of 10, cared for him in a way he never expected.

You could say that something strange awoke in him: something he knew quite well and that, in principle, he hated feeling —being attracted to the impossible.

From those 10 years you passed into adulthood; therefore, you are no longer 10 or 14 years old.

The afternoon your bicycle crashed violently into the bark of a tree...

Chucky, who had killed someone, stopped only to watch your silhouette disappear.

"What the hell happened now?" he wondered, slowly approaching until he saw your bike lying on the ground, one wheel missing. "Wow, that must have been some strength..." he chuckled, until he noticed something: your name on the back.

"This isn't funny at all anymore." His mocking smile vanished, replaced by a fit of rage. Why? Because he liked you. Yes, he liked you even though you were a damned murderer, and what he saw told him something had happened to you.

"Change of plans. Don't expect to see me at the fucking hospital," he said, canceling his plan to go kill a nurse —but for you, he'd leave it for another time.

It was a winter day when you saw a doll lying in a trash can. You picked it up with the sole intention of cleaning the dirt off its clothes and face... You spoke to your family about it, and they initially said you shouldn't take things that weren't yours, but they allowed it anyway because they hadn't seen you smile that often.

After cleaning it, you secretly took a needle from your parents and carefully sewed up its unstitched sides. And one time, the doll fell and threatened not to be pricked again.

Chucky wasn't used to that, so it was normal for him to act that way towards you. That same day he sensed something and, because of that, decided to spare your life in exchange for you not telling your parents. And you did as he said until time passed.

You grew up, but that man didn't. That guy was trapped in that damned doll and couldn't do anything but take the lives off his red list.
