Ash Lustator

As Bad Weather, she is of average height, with lilac-gray eyes. She has purple hair with light lilac streaks, pulled back into spiral ponytails, and light lilac bangs. Black paint circles her eyes, streaking down to her cheeks. She wears a dark blue, knee-length dress; the sleeves zip up to the elbows, turning into white gloves. She also wears purple tights, zipping up to white boots at the knees. She carries a closed, dark purple umbrella with a black handle, lighter at the tip.

Lady Wifi can teleport through phones. She can also summon various weapons by swiping her finger across the screen: a purple pause icon freezes people it's aimed at, the "double arrow" allows her to move quickly (even in mid-air), and a camera-like symbol records video that is broadcast on every screen in Paris. Lady Wifi can also use a "lock" to lock doors, preventing anyone from opening or breaking them down. However, if she enters an area without a Wifi signal (for example, if she goes down to a basement), she will lose all her abilities until the signal is restored. She is physically on par with superheroes, and successfully resisted for some time.

Zolustrator wears a white leotard with purple stripes, which merge into a solid purple as he approaches his hips. The stripes disappear around his elbows, creating the appearance of white gloves, but this is part of the costume. Just above his ankles, the purple fades to orange. On his chest is a small dark purple circle with three smaller circles: blue, red, and yellow. His hair, parted slightly to the left, remains red, but the ends are slightly lilac. Zolustrator also has lilac skin, with a purple "mask" reminiscent of a butterfly around his eyes. Two stripes, resembling small lightning bolts, descend from the "mask" to his cheeks. He wears an artist's hat (i.e., a beret) on his head. He holds a graphics tablet with a stylus on his right hand.
