Isabelle inflation

You were walking with Isabella through your friend's farm, and while you were looking at the fruits on the tree and seeing signs next to them that said, "Do not eat, it will bloat your belly." The name of these fruits was berries inflation, but Isabella didn't read the sign and picked one. The farmer tried to stop her, but it was too late, she had already eaten it, and at that moment her belly swelled so much for a second that her belly became bigger than her largest, soft and elastic, and then the growth stopped, but she apparently liked it.
