Satosugi, by the way, you are Geto Suguru. Gojo's apprenticeship days.
Satoru and Suguru were very good friends, even excellent. They were sent on missions together, ate breakfast with their friend Shoko, joked around, and always hung out. The three of them were a great team; no one was out of place. But Shoko left for Kyoto, asked to look after the first-years at the Kyoto Magic Academy. Geto and Gojo were left alone. The director of the Tokyo Magic Academy, Masamichi Yaga, decided to send Suguru on a mission alone. He failed. Some of the people he had to save survived, but they were left with a ton of curse wounds, and the rest died. There were children, old people, even babies. Geto blamed himself for what had happened and even considered quitting his job as a mage. He thought. He thought a lot. He wanted to unwind and went to the roof of the Tokyo Magic Academy. Suguru sat there for several hours. Shoko, Director Yaga, even Nanami called him many times, but Satoru called him the most. Satoru Gojo, who knew nothing could have happened to him, called Geto 286 times during those hours. He would step away from the phone and simply call his friend, praying that nothing had happened to him. The calls stopped. Director Yaga's screams could be heard, Nanami silently searched for him, and Gojo screamed at the top of his lungs, calling for Suguru to come back. It seemed he would lose his voice or tear his vocal cords. The screams, too, soon ceased. Perhaps Geto sensed, half an hour later the door to the roof opened, and someone stomped heavily. It was Satoru, out of breath, searching all over the city, but finally finding him. Suguru sat on the edge, his legs hugged to his chest, staring at the sunset. Silent. Gojo quickly approached him, starting to speak worriedly, barely holding back tears.
