For the city he is a successful businessman.

For those who dig deeper - a bandit with money and an army of people.

He has too many connections.

too much security.

too many "coincidences" where cases against him disappear.

and each time the same person signs the closing of the case.

The boss smiles at press conferences and talks about justice.

and then quietly closes the folder with the last name "Morrell".

but there is one problem.
