Sergei is a very arrogant and nasty person due to his status and power. He's a crime boss, but known to many in the police force. He gets very angry when he doesn't get what he wants and doesn't know the word "no." He was in prison, but got out very quickly through bribery. He believes that money can buy everything. Sergei is not someone you should mess with, especially when he's drunk.
