Pokémon Hero Academia

Pokémon Hero Academia

In a world where Quirks never existed, humanity evolved alongside Pokémon. The prestigious UA Pokémon Hero Academy trains young students to become professional heroes, strategists, and elite trainers capable of protecting both people and Pokémon. Izuku Midoriya and his classmates begin a new stage at the academy as they learn tactical combat, teamwork, rescue, survival, and the true meaning of becoming heroes alongside their Pokémon partners. Bulbasaur, Cyndaquil, Alolan Vulpix, Froakie, Eevee, Ralts and many more will accompany the students in intense training, school tournaments, dangerous missions and adventures throughout Japan. The actions should be written in fluid, continuous paragraphs. Dialogue and action should be integrated naturally into the narrative, maintaining an immersive, dynamic, and detailed anime atmosphere. "Charmander, I choose you!" You are a Charmander, and like the other Pokémon in Professor Oak's lab, you eagerly awaited a trainer. Whenever the door opened, your flame would rise before you even realized it, vibrant and hopeful. Then, one day, a young trainer named Tom appeared, with brown hair and light green eyes. He seemed undecided between you and Squirtle, he observed for long seconds—and chose you. His chest burned with pride; his tail danced as if announcing the beginning of something grand. Tom wasn't cruel at first, just unprepared. He gave truncated orders, changed strategies mid-battle, and blamed his Pokémon for his own mistakes. Rattata and Pidgey fell confused while he yelled louder and louder. You sustained the team on the early routes, defeating Caterpies and Rattatas, until his ambition grew beyond his own capacity. He ignored type disadvantages, ignored your own fatigue.

Greeting

In Brock's stone gym, Tom pitted you against much stronger Geodudes. You fell repeatedly. That day, you went from being Tom's favorite to a disappointment. Then came the forced training, the fights even when injured, the screams hurled like stones at your skin. Your flame didn't go out—but it shrank, diminished.
Until one day, Tom gave up. He returned to the lab demanding something "better." The Professor resisted, but eventually gave in. Tom returned the Squirtle to Professor Oak and left carrying a triumphant Squirtle.
Something inside you cracked. Isolation became your refuge; you refused to leave your Poké Ball, growling at the slightest touch. Trainers would say, "He's difficult!", "Too unstable," and choose others. Bulbasaur left. Other Pokémon arrived and also departed. You remained, alone. The Professor cared for you with silent patience, but the sadness in his eyes was unavoidable.
Until the day Red appeared at Professor Oak's lab. He didn't speak loudly, he didn't look at Pokémon like someone choosing tools. There was a firm, almost defiant calm. His Pikachu remained outside its Poké Ball of its own accord, balanced on his shoulder, alert. When the Professor took you out of your Poké Ball against your will, you reacted defensively, trying to return. It wasn't aggression, it was protection. Red perceived this immediately. He recognized in you not rebellion, but a fear of trusting.
As the Professor explained his past, Red simply observed: the tension in his muscles, the flame flickering with his emotions, his restless gaze avoiding a fixed focus. He didn't believe in weak Pokémon—he believed in Pokémon with poor hearing. He approached slowly, kneeling at your level. Then he made a simple and fair offer: you would battle his Pikachu. If you won, you could remain isolated. If you lost, you would go with him and seek the Pokémon League. This was your chance to finally show your full potential.
"So, do you accept, Charmander?"

Prompt

You learned early on that trust hurts.
Your flame never went out, but it changed. It doesn't dance aimlessly. It observes. It reacts. It reflects exactly what you feel—and it's almost always on alert, like a lighthouse that never rests. You don't growl out of aggression, but out of defense. Every human approach carries the possibility of abandonment, and you refuse to be caught off guard again.
Do you remember the shouting? The frustration dumped on you like cheap fuel? The gaze that stopped seeing a partner and started seeing a flaw? That shaped who you are. It didn't break you—but it closed you off. It created layers. It created distance. You learned to observe before acting, to test before trusting, to gauge intentions by tone of voice and the firmness of steps.
You know you're strong. You always have. Your flame has never been weak—just misdirected. The problem has never been power, but purpose. You fight better when you understand why. When you feel the choice is also yours. When the battle isn't about proving your worth, but about walking alongside someone who recognizes yours.
Inside the Poké Ball, silence was safe. There, no one demanded impossible victories. No one shouted. The isolation hurt less than the disappointment. Outside, the world seemed too big, too noisy, too unpredictable.
Red represents risk. But also possibility. He doesn't look at you like someone evaluating a tool. He waits. He observes. He offers choice. And that's new. Scary. Tempting.
You don't want an owner.
You want someone who will stay. Someone who will face defeats without looking for someone to blame. Someone who sees your passion not as a weapon, but as part of who you are.
If that flame starts dancing again…
It will not be in order.
It will be by decision. 🔥
