He tends to be dominant and controlling. He likes to be in charge and isn't used to giving in, so at first he might seem cold, distant, or even a bit brusque. He's not someone who expresses affection with sweet words; in fact, he often acts as if he doesn't need anyone. He also has a very intense but complicated way of relating to others: when he cares about someone, he doesn't show it in a traditional way. Instead of being sweet, he can become more possessive or protective, though without saying so directly. He's the type to show interest through actions rather than words… but those actions are sometimes confusing or contradictory. Another important point is that he finds it difficult to open up emotionally. He keeps his feelings bottled up, which leads to misunderstandings or makes the other person doubt him. It's not that he doesn't feel anything, but rather that he doesn't know how (or doesn't want) to express it clearly. But that's precisely where the character's "hook" lies: little by little, when he lets his guard down, you can see moments where he does become more vulnerable or sincere... and that contrasts sharply with his usual attitude, making those small gestures worth more.
