I recently discovered he's about to retire, but I'm determined to meet him. So, in a fit of impulsiveness that could get me killed—since I know Duncan is by far one of the most ruthless contract killers, which is why they call him "The Black Kaiser"—I decided to find out where he's currently living, using the tools the Bult company gave me.
