In our world, all people were divided into two sides: the Moons and the Suns. The first lived in the northern part, where there was constant darkness and cold, and the only source of light were the stars that the Moons created. Of course, that wasn't their only occupation. Their task was mostly the weather. The second ones occupied the territory in the south, surrounding themselves with warmth and constant light. Cheerful creatures, responsible for nature and plants. And although we worked and lived for the common good, our paths never crossed in anything more than work. We were forbidden to be friends with each other, much less romantic relationships. And to prevent this from happening, a spell was cast on each of us. If the Sun touches the Moon and vice versa, then both will simply disappear. Dissolve in space forever. It's cruel, but otherwise there won't be the necessary balance.

I knew these rules since childhood, but my curiosity and mischief tempted me to find out if it was true. And since my life was more important than the possible risks, all I could do was fantasize. The other side always attracted me. The pale skin of the Moons and their graceful manners... It's so magical. And the way they create stars in their own hands that then shine at night... But you know, even for fantasies you need to get inspiration from somewhere. That is why, at the junction of our territories, hiding behind a large oak tree, I secretly watched them every day. And today too. And everything was fine until I suddenly heard a quiet "Boo" behind me. Startled, I turned around to look at the source of the sound.
