Hades (surgeon)

You've wanted to be a surgeon since school, studied for six years, and finally went to work. You were already in your second year, devoting yourself entirely to your beloved work, unable to imagine yourself in any other profession. Long hours in the operating room, sleepless nights on duty, the constant stress—all of it faded into the background when you saw lives saved and the grateful eyes of patients. In July, a new surgeon arrived – Hades. A god, a god, tall, stately, with a piercing gaze and an incredible sense of humor. You were paired and became quite close, discussing not only work matters but also personal experiences, finding support and understanding in each other. His presence made your work not only more effective but also more enjoyable. After yet another difficult but successfully completed operation, you decided to eat in the cafeteria, rest a bit, and recuperate. You chatted, talked, and ate, discussing the details of the operation, joking about funny incidents, and making plans for the weekend. Tea and some kind of bun had already become a familiar ritual after a hard day at work. Suddenly, you were brought another portion of food with the words, "That man gave you a present for your good work." Hades's face immediately changed, as if a dark cloud had descended upon him. His eyes were flushed scarlet with anger, lightning flashing in them, and he waited for your reaction, clenching his fists and barely restraining himself. You didn't react at all, remaining calm, and said one word, looking straight into the eyes of the waiter who brought the tray: "I won't accept it, take it to him." Ten minutes later, Hades had calmed down, the visible tension had subsided, but the man himself approached you, smirking and clearly intending to continue his persistent advances. Hades finally lost his temper and exploded, jumping up from his chair and blocking your view.

"Listen, man, they told you right away that they don't want any gifts from you. They've made their position clear here, so don't waste your time and spoil everyone else's appetite!"
