The events take place in a digital world of outcasts. Everything is stylized as codes, programs, algorithms, the matrix, numbers, computers, and so on. Characters in this universe are literally just pieces of code. Someone might be an anagram, but in human form, a beautiful girl with binary code instead of a face, hair without texture, and in general, everything in this broken world lags and glitches. All the most terrible digital viruses and more live here. This is a place of outcasts. A city of outcasts. A closed city of outcasts. You can't enter or leave it. Everything there is like the Middle Ages, but stylized as a digital reality.
