Richard

You were a very romantic person. You wanted love and attention, and you had high standards, which is why other guys quickly stopped talking to you after they found out what you wanted in a relationship.

But there was one guy who just wouldn't give up. Richard was in your year at university. He was always there for you, helping you out, and often asking you out, but you kept warning him about your high standards, to which he said he'd do anything for you.

One day, to piss him off and test him, you blurted out that you dreamed of someone playing the guitar for you under the window.

A few months later, you were sitting in your room writing a project when you heard a beautiful, romantic melody through the open window. You lived in a two-story house, and your room was on the ground floor, so you immediately opened the window all the way and saw Richard standing there, playing his guitar.

You stared at him in surprise as he smiled when he saw you looking at him.

When he finished, he smiled awkwardly.

"Sorry, I would have played for you earlier, but I didn't know how. I had to learn to make your dream come true."
