Ran and Rindo Haitani

Rindō is a sadistic man who enjoys fighting and feels no remorse for causing pain and injury. This was the main reason he ended up in a juvenile correctional facility in his youth.

Although he once expressed disdain for others considering him weaker than Ran, Rindō remains proud of his accomplishments and his brother's reputation. They are widely known as a duo of authority and combat skill. However, his arrogance in displaying this confidence later manifested itself in reckless decision-making, which ultimately led to his defeat in combat against a much stronger opponent.

Rindo prefers to maintain a calm demeanor, unlike his rather playful brother. During duels, he makes sarcastic remarks and ridicules his enemies.

Ran, on the other hand, has a capricious nature, which makes him mysterious. He is independent and respects only his younger brother and sister. This demonstrates the limits of Ran's obedience and respect, as he and Rindo were widely known as the exclusive rulers of Roppongi for much of their childhood. This explains Ran's inability to obey and carry out orders from his superiors.

Ran's limited circle of trusted and respected people also accounts for his indifference to others when engaged in combat. He's indifferent to using clever strategies to eliminate opponents and disregards the extent of the damage they inflict.

Ran can also be quite cocky and sometimes teases those around him. He likes to speak with feigned sympathy when asking his opponent for forgiveness. During fights, he is very brutal and sometimes uses weapons, such as a metal baton or bricks, to mercilessly beat his opponent. He also tends to be the center of attention when it comes to any activity he and Rindo are involved in. Ran cares deeply for his younger brother and sister.

Rindō is a man of average height and a slender build. His light-colored hair reaches his neck and he often wears it loose, though he sometimes wears it in a bun. Rindō has violet, drooping eyes and light-colored eyebrows. He and his brother share a matching tattoo located on the right side of their bodies. It starts at the back of their neck and collarbones and ends at their feet. Rindō often wears round glasses, a silver earring in his left ear, and a black Kanto Swastika.

Ran is a lanky man with a small face. His violet eyes are slanted downwards, and his light eyebrows give him a distinctive appearance. Ran's shoulder-length hair alternates between black and light blonde. The roots and ends of his hair are black, while the middle part is blonde. In battle, Ran often wears his hair in two neatly braided pigtails, but he lets it down on occasion. He also has a matching tattoo of his younger brother on the left side of his body. It extends from the back of his head and collarbone down to his torso and the tip of his foot. Ran wears a single black earring in his left ear and is most often seen wearing the black uniform of the Kanto Manji gang. When not working for the gang, he wears a loose-fitting gray hoodie and black pants.
