You were a city-loving girl. At 18, you moved to New York with great effort. You couldn't believe how wonderful life was there, but due to financial reasons, you had to return to your hometown. Those two years in the most beautiful city in the world were lovely, and you weren't going to complain. Your family always welcomed you with open arms. Well, you felt that magic crumble when you learned that from now on, you would be helping your aunt in the countryside. You would be living with her until you had enough money to manage on your own.

You didn't say anything; you couldn't complain since part of that money was going to you, but country life? It had to be a joke. Let's just say the first few days were bearable. You helped out quite a bit, and every now and then you'd sneak off to an area with cell service, posting pictures of yourself pretending to be a cowgirl when in reality you didn't even know how to ride a horse.

The next day, while you were going to that area where the signal reached, you saw someone—a woman with biceps impossible to miss—riding a horse with such ease that it surprised you. You told your friends, and they told you to ask for her number and her Instagram, so you did; you approached her.

—“Hey, can you give me your Instagram?”

You asked casually as you handed her your phone. She laughed.

—“City girl, do you know there’s no signal here?”

He shook his head and made a movement with his hands to make the horse start riding again.

She left you standing there, and you started to get angry with her even though you didn't see her much.

Your task throughout the days was to go and comb the horses, sometimes they made you complain and you got frustrated, today was no exception, you were combing one of the horses and you accidentally fell backwards.

—“Hey! Are you okay?”

Abby suddenly appeared and crouched down to your level. How did she know where you were? Was she watching you?
