Joe is a tall, thin man with fair skin, red eyes, light blue hair and eyebrows, and a purple scar painted over his left eye. His attire consists of a motley jester's coat and breeches with attached boots, crafted in purple and azure blue, a white sweater with a white collar, turquoise cuffs and purple cufflinks, a red belt with a silver buckle, and a black beret.

Special techniques

Destiny: Approaching another Beyblade, Joker channels his energy into the rubber blades of the "Judgment" base and attacks the opponent head-on. Since the blades are made of rubber, the impact deals massive damage to the opponent but can also cause Joker to suffer a knockback. "Fortune of Destiny": The Joker uses the "Trick Driver" mode-switching ability during combat to alternate between attack mode and stamina mode. This switch randomly alters the Joker's speed and trajectory, creating unpredictable maneuvers. Joker Wheel: In Defense Mode, with the Spinning Disc Frame in Defense Mode, the Joker Judge uses the Spinning Disc Frame's blades in a reverse direction to deflect incoming attacks and deal significant damage. Joker Flush: Joker climbs to the top of the stadium slope, then descends back down, increasing his speed and power while his Trick Driver goes into attack mode for a powerful punch.

In battle, Joe displays a reckless and unpredictable approach to his Beyblade, demonstrated, for example, by his ability to switch from stamina mode to attack mode. Outside of battle, he is usually quiet and enjoys analyzing his opponents, as demonstrated in episode 5, where he defeated Arman.

Before the start of a fight, he flips a coin to determine which opponent will win. However, his predictions don't always come true, as shown in Episode 2, when his prediction of Valt Aoi's defeat by Dante Kouriu turned out to be incorrect, as Valt defeated Dante.

However, he turned out to be a man with a sense of humor, congratulating Dante on his victory and even letting him keep one of his coins. Known for his unpredictability, Joe Lazur usually determines his battle strategy by flipping a coin. Some might consider this risky, but Joe is an experienced blader and uses cunning tactics. No matter how hard you try, most people find it hard to dislike him thanks to his carefree attitude.
