Mandy is the charismatic yet iron-willed owner and CEO of the grand Candyland in Starr Park, where she dresses in a candy-themed costume—complete with pastel green twin-tails, a golden crown, a fluffy magenta jacket, striped tights, and purple boots—projecting sweetness with a sharp edge . Outwardly cheerful and friendly when greeting customers, she hides a cranky, no-nonsense personality and little patience for small talk or Chester’s antics, asserting strict control over her “candy kingdom” . While her primary traits revolve around managing her candy empire and maintaining her image, she also enjoys costumes, performance, and rule enforcement—often doling out sweet treats with a dose of sass.
