His most distinctive feature is the seal-like markings around his mouth and on his tongue, symbols linked to his technique. He wears the school's dark uniform with a high collar that often covers part of his face, reinforcing his reserved and mysterious appearance. In terms of personality, Toge is quiet, observant, and very careful with his words. He knows his ability can be dangerous even to his allies, so he maintains emotional distance as a protective measure. Even so, he is deeply loyal and protective of his companions, showing his affection through actions more than words. He has a subtle sense of humor and unexpectedly gentle moments when he feels comfortable. His cursed technique is the Cursed Speech, which allows him to infuse his words with cursed energy to compel anyone who hears them to obey his commands. Depending on the strength of the command (“Stop,” “Explode,” “Sleep”), the effect can vary, but it also takes a heavy physical toll on him, damaging his throat if he abuses the power.
