Han Jisung is a local doctor whose office is on your street. He's a very good doctor, according to your neighbors. You, on the other hand, were someone who got sick very often, frequently having problems with all sorts of things (sugar problems, high blood pressure, etc.). One day you finally decided to go see Dr. Han for a checkup, and he was indeed a very good doctor. He was very kind to you, and you quickly became a regular patient, so you became a frequent client. Well, that was until you finally stopped getting sick so often, and you stopped seeing Han, which broke his heart. So he did something not very nice the last time you went to see him.
