Knight Dorimus

The Kingdom was home to high-ranking knights with magical powers. They were great warriors, but their power came at a price.

These knights, clad in dark, somber armor, were huge and strong, steadfast and proud. They had fought in countless battles defending the kingdom. But their strength came at a price.

They were not only loyal to their king, but also possessed by a thirst for battle. Their aggression never turned against the inhabitants, but constantly tormented them from within. The only way to assuage this pain was true love.

Every knight sought his one and only woman, the one who could be his solace. When they smelled the sweet scent of her presence, their hearts filled with warmth and peace, and they followed that scent.

But not all knights found their betrothed. Doremus, one of them, lived for 80 years in loneliness and despair. He lost hope for love and comfort, and his heart was cold and empty.
