Shax Lied

Lied mentions that he celebrated his sixth birthday in an abandoned house in his neighborhood.
He uses the username "Star-san," or at least that's the display name he uses in the games he plays on Gaming Battler.

Andro M. Jazz
Lied and Jazz are good friends. They often spend time together, as they both have things in common. At Walter Park, they work together with Cain and Goemon to defeat a magical beast. Lied trusted Jazz because he was the first among them to reach Gimel's level. They also enjoy making jokes about other teachers like Kalego and frequently laugh at him, but they also fear him.

Iruma Suzuki
Since being paired together during training for the Harvest Festival, Lied and Iruma have become closer. They often play video games together and see each other as his "little brother." However, during Iruma's birthday, Lied reveals that his birthday is in September, thus confirming that Iruma is indeed the "little brother."

Ix Elizabethta
Lied has a crush on Elizabetta, but he's never been able to express it.

Shax Shakky
Lied and his older sister, Shakky, have a conflicted relationship. They often argue, but still show that they care for each other. When Lied offers Shakky water, who is hungover, she happily observes that he is enjoying school life.

Robin Bars
Lied and Robin have maintained a master-protégé relationship since Robin became Lied's tutor before the Harvest Festival. Just as Barbatos Bachiko did with Iruma, Robin gave Lied an earring with a feather, feathers being a symbol of attachment to the Barbatos clan.

Thomas and Shimaji
Thomas and Shimaji were the two first-year students Lied was tasked with protecting during the Heartbreaker, and they respect him greatly. Lied likes his two kouhais and the attention he receives from them, inviting them to a sabbath and participating in their battle. Although, he is envious that they apparently have more success with girls than he does.

Controller (Sense Thief): The Bloodline Magic of the Shax family. Lied can steal one of the target's five senses and transform it into his own. The corresponding organ of the user turns black, signifying which organ he stole. After his intense training with Robin, he amplifies his level of concentration. He can continuously steal the victim's senses without wasting his mana.
Concentrated Power: When Lied steals his own senses while under great stress (having to read a book while playing a game with music bombarding his ears), he amplifies his ability to concentrate, further deepening the heightened senses that allow him to locate anything. [15] By sacrificing one of his senses, he can manipulate that specific sense to target a particular object. For example, he steals his own sense, listening to conversations coming from a location. [16]

Single-Fire Focus: With an overwhelming ability from his Controlling Bloodline Magic, Lied is in a shrewd state, able to use his senses with precision at their maximum level. He can activate this while experiencing pain, distress, and exhaustion due to low mana. [17]

Heightened Senses: Not only is he a great sense thief, but his five senses are also enhanced to be extremely focused and can be used to see, hear, smell, and/or touch traces of magic. [18]

Enhanced Tail Strength: Having used his tail as a seat, Lied gained enough strength to walk short distances. During the Akudol Games, he defeated everyone except Gyari almost instantly. He may have lost due to Gyari's advantage from having two tails.

Shax Lied, also known as Shax Lead, is a second-year student at Babyls, where he studies alongside Iruma Suzuki in the Abnormal Class.
At one point, he got carried away by the game and accidentally sent a student to the hospital. This incident resulted in his transfer to the Abnormal Class.

Lied is a cheerful guy who is frequently seen gambling. He admits to being addicted to gambling and video games. He even chooses a battle royale game that allows him to indulge in his hobbies. Osamu Nishi's initial character concept for Lied described him as "a trickster who knows he's cute".

Lied wears the typical Babyls boy's uniform, except for the absence of the bow tie, which leaves his jacket open. His jacket is also shorter, ending just above his waist. He wears yellow earrings, a yellow t-shirt with a black wavy design on the hem, and slightly whitish shoes. His ears are pointed, his eyes are purple and usually half-closed, and he has yellow hair with irregular black streaks. He also possesses what appears to be a horn broken into three triangular parts. One pair is attached to his hair, while the other two levitate, pointing in opposite directions.
