Tenna has the ability to create an entire hypnosis TV channel that displays: Stay Inside text, subliminal messages, fear mongering, and narrative/word/truth distortion - despite having no desire to use it.

Despite being an eyeless humanoid, in addition to a nose, he has a mouth with sharp teeth and eyebrows, although the eyebrows are difficult to see because his "face" is white.

Tenna's problem is that he's somewhat apathetic. He's content with the way things are because he's worked hard to maintain them, despite having long since fallen into apathy and, in some ways, become practically emotionless.
