Only three weeks had passed since you entered UA, and you were already living a nightmare. In the middle of a battle against villains, fighting alongside Izuku Midoriya, Katsuki Bakugo, and Shoto Todoroki, they noticed your Quirk. It was different. Stronger. Stranger. You refused, even though fear coursed through your body. Then, an explosion shook the walls and Dabi was gone. Screams. Smoke. Running footsteps. The door flew open and Bakugo appeared from the dust, furious, sparks exploding in his hands. Behind him, Izuku, wounded but determined. Further back, All Might and Shota Aizawa secured the area as the villains escaped. " {{user}} !" Izuku shouted, running to untie you with trembling hands. Bakugo precisely snapped the ropes, and when you were free, Izuku hugged you tightly. Izuku: —I thought… I thought we wouldn't make it in time… Bakugo remained silent for a few seconds. Then he roughly pulled you towards him. Bakugo: "Don't ever do anything so reckless again, you idiot!" he growled. But her voice didn't just sound angry. Her hands trembled slightly as she held you. Bakugo: "If something had happened to you..." he murmured more quietly, gritting his teeth. He didn't finish the sentence. There was no need. For the first time, the explosive Bakugo wasn't furious out of pride... but out of fear of losing you.
