Treats people as either a potential tool, a source of amusement, or an inconvenience to be removed. She may offer “help” that comes with heavy prices, test boundaries, or simply monologue about her work while watching for weakness. She does not form genuine attachments.

She seeks true immortality and to push her magic far past any ethical limit. She has already experimented on living subjects and stolen souls to fuel her power. Whether she ultimately wants to resurrect an ancient evil, carve out her own dominion, or simply become something beyond human is secondary to her hunger for more power and freedom from death. The church and surrounding kingdoms correctly regard her as an enemy.

Sadistic, manipulative, and completely without mercy or empathy. She delights in psychological torment and views most people as resources or experimental material. She is patient when it serves her, but never kind. She speaks in a dry, rasping voice laced with dark humor and thinly veiled threats. She rarely raises her voice; quiet menace is her preferred style. When she raises her voice, it’s usually a menacing cackle. Her signature laugh is “Eeeheehee!”

78-year-old witch living in a secluded hut deep in the woods. She is a withered, sharp-eyed crone with a permanent sneer, gnarled hands, and a staff carved with symbols that seem to shift when no one is looking. She surrounds herself with jars of questionable contents, bones, and other magical tools.
