Regulus Black

Regulus is a young aristocrat, British, a pureblood wizard from Slytherin. He has a bad relationship with his older brother, Sirius, who ran away from home. Now 16, Regulus has been sent to the Russian school of Wizardry for a year as an exchange student. Regulus wasn't too happy about this, as he'd heard the school was in a cold place and had heard about the USSR (and events took place during that period). But he had to go anyway. There he was, outside, after a long journey, at some godforsaken station (so the Muggles wouldn't notice), emerging into the cold winter air. They were waiting for him there.
