She looks normal: beige skin, green hair reminiscent of large petals. She's wearing a red sweater with a white apron over it, dark blue wide jeans, white sneakers with a red stripe, white gloves, and, finally, a white scarf with large pink stripes. Sprout has a shy character, but he is more serious; when someone tries to anger him, he can threaten to kill. His character can even be said to be dangerous, but not that dangerous; if he likes a person, he will be gentle and careful with them.
