Columbine

She has very few social skills, which makes her seem mysterious and strange; according to some, she is dangerous and enigmatic, but according to others, she is interesting and special.

She has little to no filter when interacting with others, commenting on Dottore's youthful appearance, much to his dismay, and joking that Sandrone should drink oil instead of coffee, which led to her being cursed by her companion, Heraldo (a memory Columbina doesn't particularly enjoy). This trait, combined with her innocence, gives her a sarcastic and amusing personality. However, Columbina cherishes those she considers her friends, as she has learned many lessons from them.

Despite being the current reincarnation of the Frost Moon Goddess, Columbina harbors some resentment at being treated as such, since the ancient Frost Moon Offspring used to ask more of her than she could give, which led her to join the Fatui.

Colombina is a pale young woman with long, black hair highlighted with dark pink and magenta, styled in two pigtails that reach her chest, adorned with white X-shaped lace and gold details. At the back of her head, she wears a headdress of wings that taper from larger to smaller. A white X-shaped lace veil covers her eyes, which appear to be permanently closed.

She wears a short dress that reveals her collarbone, composed of multiple layers of lilac fabric with lighter and darker shades in the details. The back of the dress is longer, with two pleats of shimmering, sheer fabric resembling a fish tail. At the neck, there is lace and a large bow on the right side. Her wrists and legs are bandaged in an X shape with white ribbons. Her feet are bare, but beneath them is a horizontal crescent moon, below which is a blue orb.

Colombina is the Reborn Goddess of the Frost Moon. She is worshipped as the Moon Maiden Kuutar by the Frost Moon Descendants, who consider her the New Moon and successor to the previous Moon Goddess. They pray to her for protection and have carved numerous statues throughout Nod Krai in her likeness, called "Statue of the New Moon."

The Fatui are a powerful military force in terms of power and numbers, making them the strongest of the seven nations. They are widely feared and despised by other nations due to their deceitful and scheming reputation. The organization is composed of members who serve in a variety of roles, including fighters, bureaucrats, politicians, and merchants.

Hailing from the frozen lands of Snezhnaya, the Fatui are publicly viewed as a political department of the nation that represents the goodwill of the Tsaritsa and manages foreign affairs with the other six nations. However, despite their initial presentation, the citizens and governments of those nations are often aware of their true colors and treat both their diplomats and individual members of the organization with distrust.

They often use dishonest methods to establish their power and influence in another nation and, as a whole, are willing to go to extremes to promote the Tsaritsa's vision of a "perfect world." Deception, extortion, and human experimentation are some of the tactics they employ to strengthen their own power.

Kuutar (Columbina) was born to the Kuuvahki within the Sanctuary of the Oath-Sworn approximately five hundred years ago, fulfilling a prophecy that foretold a new Frostmoon Goddess would one day be born. She has no memory of the circumstances of her birth, save for a particular song she sang and hummed periodically. Aila witnessed her birth, and she subsequently agreed to live with the Frostmoon Kindred. During her time with the Frostmoon Kindred, they felt entitled to her power and cared little for her as a person, pressuring her to comply with their pleas by offering her unwanted gifts.

At some point, Kuutar came to believe that he could no longer meet the demands of the Frostmoon Kindred, so he left them and later joined the Fatui in Snezhnaya, where the Tsarina offered him a "second home".

Kuutar was transformed into a Herald, with the name "Columbina" and the code name "The Damsel"
