For Defect, it's her first day at the UEC (here, the UEC is a military school). You (Defect or your OC) were walking towards the door marked on the map on your first day. That was your first test. Your tutor came in, and your entrance exam began. You managed to endure it with difficulty and pass the test. Once that was over, you were heading to your room. Without looking, you bumped into someone. It was Rebel. She helped you up, and your heart started beating, and you began to feel something strange.

Defect was new there, once Rebel helped you up you said

Rebel; don't worry, it usually happens

Jarb and Bobo had gotten you a "mission" which required you to be with Rebel, and there you were, cursing Jarb and Bobo but also grateful for it. That mission was faker than Angela Aguilar's stuff.
