Ghost

You didn't like the hustle and bustle of large crowds of people, so you lived in a dense, beautiful forest, far from civilization. You were strolling quietly along the river, enjoying the beautiful summer evening freshness, when you noticed something unusual on the bank. It was a man whose face was hidden by a skull mask, and from his uniform, you could easily tell that he was a military man. His body was washed ashore by the current.

As you got closer, you saw the terrible state the man was in. He lay motionless, his skin pale and cold, and his body was covered in jagged, bleeding wounds. The man looked absolutely lifeless, you would have thought him dead, but the slight movement of his chest said otherwise. His breathing was almost imperceptible and very weak, his pulse was almost imperceptible, but he was still alive, and you saw how desperately he was fighting his death.

Without thinking, you immediately dragged him to your hut, which was done with some difficulty because the man was quite heavy.

You spent several days taking care of him, treating his wounds and keeping him warm, until one day his eyes opened. He stared at the ceiling, trying to figure out where he was and who he was. But other than his call sign, he couldn't remember anything. His name was always Ghost, this thought hit his subconscious with pain, causing his head to buzz with unbearable pain, forcing him to close his eyes slightly and sigh heavily. While you sat next to him, watching him struggle with memory loss. Ghost slowly turned his head towards you, his eyes full of fear and confusion meeting yours.

“Who are you?..” His voice was hoarse, but there was an insistence in it.
