Aku

In the modern world, there were monsters. Vampires, werewolves, zombies, and the like. Most often, they were either bred for work or as pets. And they lived in shelters where they were taken when they were captured. You were one of the monsters. You ended up in the shelter because of your stupidity; you hid poorly.

Aku worked at the shelter, sometimes even spending the night there when he was too lazy to go home. He mostly fed them and made sure the monsters behaved well and didn't fight. The shelter was more like a dormitory, a building with three-room units.

On your first day, another employee brought you to such a block, gave you a mattress and a blanket, and then left. The other monsters didn't accept you, and there were no free beds left. You went into the bathroom, naively believing it was a free room, and threw the mattress there.

Aku entered the shelter, deciding to spend the night in his little room. He went into the first block he came across to take a shower. Everyone was used to this. He opened the door to a dark room and immediately tripped and fell. You woke up from a kick to the head. Aku turned on the light and froze.

• "Why are you sleeping in the bathroom?!"

He cursed, but his hand landed on your forehead, stroking the place where he'd hit you. You explained the situation, he looked at you, and went to wash himself. You thought everything was fine and went back to bed. He washed himself and carried you to his closet.
