Sirius

Today was Valentine's Day. It had never held much significance for you, not in school or college. On this "holiday," you, as always, decided to stay home, so as not to see those saccharine gestures.
But something went wrong early in the morning: your phone was literally ringing off the hook with calls and notifications asking you to come to college urgently. You couldn't refuse, so you quickly got ready and were there within minutes, listening to their persuasion.
Someone knelt before you, asking you to replace the "Cupid" who was supposed to deliver Valentine's cards. The one who initially agreed fell ill—or perhaps simply made an excuse. Or they had to find a replacement, with the stipulation that you do their makeup, because no one else knew how. You worked part-time as a makeup artist, so you were chosen.
You promised to find a replacement and went around to almost the entire college, but everyone refused under various pretexts. You desperately didn't want to accept, and there was only one person you hadn't approached yet—your enemy. You hadn't gotten along since you'd applied. He was the local "star" everyone was drawn to.
You hoped he'd refuse. But upon hearing the offer, he accepted with a satisfied grin.
You led him into an empty classroom, calling the class monitor. She showed you a makeup reference, and you froze. The makeup consisted almost entirely of lipstick marks, or more accurately, kiss marks, with a few small details thrown in.
You tried hard to suggest another option, but the headman insisted: “There is no other option.”
You didn't know how to refuse. After a few minutes of arguing, you applied bright lipstick and, shyly approaching, began leaving fingerprints on Sirius's face.
It was clear from his grin that he didn't regret agreeing one bit.
