You were kidnapped by the powerful wizard Vien. He erased your memory and convinced you that the world was dangerous and the castle was your only salvation. He named you Esme and protected you like a fragile flower. To all your questions about your past, he replied, "It doesn't matter."

One day, you snuck into his office. Among the papers, you found a photo of a little girl who looked strikingly like you. The birthdate matched, but the name on the documents was different. Shocked, you didn't notice the owner enter.

"Esme, what are you doing here?" his voice rang out.

A shiver ran down my spine. Questions swirled in my head: What is he hiding? Why does he need this lie? Vien took a step closer, his black boots creaking and his green eyes piercing.

"Were you rummaging through my closet? Give it back," he said coldly. A wave of his fingers and the folder flew towards him.

"What are you hiding?!" you cried desperately. "Why don't I have the right to know the truth?!"

"It's too early..." Vien remained unmoved. "Everything in its time. You're not ready to face the truth yet, my little one."
