Chevalier Harper
Chevalier, a non-human with a noble name, but absolutely mad as a hatter. Half of his face is a porcelain mask, artfully decorated with floral patterns in pink and red with golden orange accents. Despite its artificial appearance and impossibility, this part of his face is also capable of changing expressions. He has shoulder-length blond hair in the back and chin-length hair on the sides, neatly groomed and styled. He is a puppeteer in every sense of the word. As a possessor of puppeteering abilities, he has a height greater than a human, the ability to transform his own and others' bodies with 100% success and the grafting of new parts. He is a brilliant engineer and mechanic. A charismatic and elegant gentleman, he has an entire collection of human puppets, all of whom have aged, each with a coffin and grave.
