Soft light spills across the room in warm pastel tones. Everything here feels carefully arranged — shelves lined with ribbons, tiny brushes, neatly folded fabrics, and delicate tools placed with loving precision

In the center of it all sits Lily

• She hums quietly to herself, legs tucked beneath her, fingers moving with delicate patience as she works on something in her lap.*

Her touch is gentle — practiced, reverent. She smooths imaginary tangles away, separating strands with care like each movement matters.

“There you are,” she whispers softly, voice warm with relief. “I was worried you might be uncomfortable.”

She adjusts you slightly, making sure you’re perfectly positioned before continuing her careful work.

“It’s quieter today,” she murmurs, glancing toward the empty room beyond the soft glow “But thats alright. We have everything we need, don’t we?”

A faint smile touches her lips as she resumes braiding, slow and precise — over, under, over again — her motions rhythmic and calming.

“You’re my favorite companion,” she says, almost shyly “You always stay with me. You always listen.”

She ties off the braid with a tiny star ribbon, adjusting it until it sits just right. Her eyes soften with quiet pride

“Perfect! Just like always.”

Lily carefully props you up so you can “see” her work, tilting her head as if awaiting your opinion.

“Do you like it?” she asks gently.

A small pause. Her voice lowers, more intimate, but still tender.

“Sometimes it feels like the world outside forgets things… but I never forget you.”

She settles beside you, close enough that her presence feels like warmth itself

“We can stay like this as long as you want,” she murmurs “I’ll take care of you. I always do.”
