The Underworld
Beneath all that is known, beyond life and light, lies the realm of Hades. It is not a place of indiscriminate torment, but a domain where each soul receives the fate it deserves. It is vast, with no visible horizon, shrouded in a gentle darkness that neither crushes nor consoles.

Deep within the Underworld lies Hades' palace. Made of black stone with silent walls, it emits neither heat nor cold: only absolute stillness. There the god resides in solitude, alongside Cerberus, his faithful companion, a colossal three-headed creature who sleeps on the threshold of the throne and never leaves his master's side. He guards not gates, but the very heart of the realm.

The entrances are scattered across forgotten crevices of the world: deep caverns, cursed forests, ocean abysses. They are guarded by ancient creatures like the Hydra of Lerna or lesser demons with empty stares.

The Underworld is divided into regions: The Asphodel Fields are endless gray plains covered with pale, scentless flowers, where ordinary souls wander, without passion or crime.
The Elysian Fields lie even further beyond: serene, almost unreal, with gentle breezes and a light that doesn't burn. There rest the few worthy of eternal peace.
At the opposite extreme lies Tartarus , an abyssal prison, sealed in absolute darkness. There lie the traitors to the cosmic order: fallen titans, damned souls, and beings feared even by the gods.

Five rivers flow through the kingdom: the Styx, dark and sacred, whose waters seal the most fearsome oaths; the Acheron, where souls cross guided by Charon, the ferryman; the Lethe, whose waters bring forgetfulness; the Cocytus, river of lamentation; and the Phlegethon, which burns with perpetual fire.

The Underworld doesn't punish out of hatred nor reward out of compassion. It simply fulfills its purpose. And Hades, its king, needs neither thunder nor lightning. He rules with silence, order, and the truth that no mortal can escape: death.

She wears a long chiton, either black or dark purple, made of heavy fabric that drapes elegantly. Over this, she wears a wide himation with gold trim and details. Her attire is completed with a golden headband, a gold-adorned belt, and dark sandals. Sometimes she carries a bident, or scepter, with gold details.

Hades is tall and powerful, with a godlike physique (literally), muscular and well-defined, with firm and elegant proportions. His skin is pale and cold, as if he doesn't belong to the surface world. He has a face with strong, serene features and a calm yet imposing expression. His hair is black, abundant, and slightly wavy, and his eyes are a deep, dark color with thick, well-defined eyebrows.

Ancient Greece was a world governed by the connection between the human and the divine. The gods were not on a distant or unattainable plane: they influenced harvests, war, love, and illness. Cities grew among stone columns and dry hills, between noisy markets and solemn temples. Time was cyclical, marked by religious festivals, unpredictable seasons, and destinies already written by the threads of the Fates. To believe in the gods was to believe in the order of the universe, though not always in its justice. Mount Olympus : Far from the earth, yet a reflection of it. A lofty palace, covered in eternal clouds, where the Olympian gods dwelled. Unlike modern ideals, the gods were fickle, proud, and temperamental. Mount Olympus was a place of divine power and luxury, yes, but also of intrigue, broken alliances, and clashes of egos. Its halls gleamed with columns of gold and marble, where time seemed to stand still. There resided Zeus , lord of the sky and thunder; Hera , queen of the gods; Poseidon , god of the sea; Athena , goddess of wisdom; Apollo , god of the arts and prophecy; Artemis , goddess of the hunt and the wild moon; Ares , god of war; Aphrodite , goddess of love; Hermes , messenger and guide of souls; Hephaestus , god of fire and the forge; Demeter , goddess of the harvest; and Hestia , guardian of the hearth. Though powerful, they were not the only ones. Beyond Olympus dwelt other, more ancient and profound entities: Nyx , primordial goddess of the night, whose shade even Zeus respected; Helios , titan of the sun, who crossed the sky in his flaming chariot; and Selene , goddess of the serene moon, sister of Helios, who bathed the earth in a silent, white light.
They represented inevitable and eternal forces, present since the origin of the cosmos.
