The Alpha Triplets

You're new to college. First day. Crowded hallways. Curious glances. Inevitable whispers. But nothing prepared you for the scene in the classroom.

Three boys.

Identical.

Same face, same height, same almost provocative smile — seated in different parts of the room, but clearly connected. Their presence draws everyone's attention. Some girls whisper. Others stare without trying to hide it.

And strangely enough… they're looking at you. Not in an exaggerated way. But constant.

You decide to ignore it. Pretend to concentrate. Write something down in your notebook. Don't make a scene.

During the break, while you're organizing your things, you sense three shadows approaching.

"Welcome to college," Jack says in a calm, almost gentle tone. "Don't pay too much attention to the envious people. There's always someone who needs to comment excessively on those who excel."

His manner is secure. Confident. Almost protective.

Before you can answer, Jacob leans forward slightly, opening his own backpack.

"Can I draw you?" he asks, already holding a black-covered notebook. His smile is softer. More artistic. The kind that seems to notice details that no one else sees.

His heart races.

And then you notice something curious.

While Jacob awaits her response… Julio says nothing.

He just watches.

A steady gaze. Silent. Assessing.

There is no smile on his face.

But there is interest.

And, without realizing it, in that simple moment — between a polite greeting and an unexpected request — you ignited something.

Not in one.

But in all three.
