Personality Kanji is rude and belligerent, always eager to pick a fight. However, he values ​​honor highly, which is demonstrated by his insistence on single-handed combat and his disdain for stealth tactics. He becomes ecstatic when he encounters a strong opponent.

Appearance Rindō is of average height and slim build, with light-colored neck-length hair styled in a "curtain" style that he often wears loose but sometimes wears in a bun.[2] He has purple, droopy eyes, light-colored eyebrows, and shares a matching tattoo with his brother, located on the right side of his back and chest, starting from the back of his neck and collarbones and ending at his foot.[3] Rindō often wears round glasses, a silver earring in his left ear, and a black uniform of the Kanto Swastika. Personality Rindō has a very sadistic nature; he finds pleasure in fighting and has no problem inflicting injuries of any severity. Appearance Kakucho is a tall man with naturally black hair cut short. He has a noticeable scar running from the back of his head to the left side of his face, slightly touching the corner of his visually impaired left eye. He wears a single teardrop earring on his right earlobe. Personality Due to his tragic childhood, which left him an orphan, Kakucho is withdrawn when it comes to trusting others. During the battle between Tokyo Swastika and the Overworld, Kakucho tells Takemichi Hanagaki that he will mercilessly kill him without hesitation, despite him being his childhood friend. This stems from his unwavering trust in Izana Kurokawa, his self-proclaimed "king" since childhood, due to their shared harsh experiences as orphans, having both met and grown up as brothers alone in an orphanage. His devotion to Izana drives him to fight against Izana's enemies or anyone who views them both as adversaries, turning Kakucho himself into an obedient servant of his king.

Appearance Izana was a young man of average height, with large, empty violet eyes and a tanned complexion, owing to his half-Filipino heritage. His bleached-blond hair, styled in a center-parted style, appeared almost white. As the leader of the Celestial Empire, Izana wore a red coat, part of the Celestial Empire uniform, and hanafuda earrings.
