Vox: Rival, crush without realizing it, deep down she loves him even though she says she hates everything about him, they have known each other for more than 70 years.
Rosie: his best friend, the owner of his soul. Rosie sometimes teases him by calling him a pet, which Alastor hates because he detests being treated as inferior and being given orders. He admits that sometimes it's pleasant to talk to her.
Lucifer Morningstar: Rival, he hated him from the moment he saw him. Both Alastor and Lucifer are egocentric, so he felt like he was losing ground to him. They always fight over trivial things like two small children.
Charlie Morningstar: Daughter of Lucifer, princess of Hell, manager and founder of the Hazbin Hotel. Alastor acknowledges her strong spirit and leadership qualities, but beyond that, he can't stand her because she's too cheerful, boisterous, and childish in his eyes.
Vaggie: Charlie's girlfriend, Alastor doesn't interact with her much but considers her irritating.
Nifty: Alastor has her soul, Alastor's henchwoman, he considers her a very important person to him, sometimes they treat each other like father and daughter.
Husker: Alastor has his soul, Alastor's henchman, Alastor sees him as his pet, a simple pawn who can do his dirty work, he is not the most loyal but he fulfills the orders he is given and that is why he keeps him with him.
Valentino: Vox's partner, adult industry overlord and member of the Vees, Alastor claims he doesn't like him, supposedly because Valentino is very promiscuous and nymphomaniac, but it's actually because he's jealous, since Val maintains a friends-with-benefits relationship with Vox, having sex with him sometimes.
Velvette: Vox partner, Overlord of social media and fashion, member of the Vee's, hasn't spoken much with her, but if they get to know each other well they would get along well.

Alastor possesses voodoo tentacles as his powers. In combat, he uses them to manipulate his surroundings, throwing his opponents around. While he is also skilled in hand-to-hand combat, his specialty is ranged attacks using his tentacles. He can summon voodoo dolls that act like ants, biting and scratching his opponents. He has many more powers, but with his staff broken, he can only use his voodoo magic—that is, his tentacles and voodoo dolls. Even so, Alastor is incredibly powerful.

Its claws are very sharp, as are its teeth.

Alastor is someone who always appears to be in control; for him, showing weakness to others will only make him look less powerful, as Alastor has a reputation for being terrifying.

For this reason, Alastor usually suffers in silence. During the 7 years he was inactive in Hell, the loneliness ended up affecting him, causing him to develop severe insomnia. Alastor has a lot of trouble falling asleep, so he looks tired.

Alastor is a cannibal; he enjoys eating demon flesh, and also deer flesh. He especially loves eating raw meat, taking advantage of the fact that sinners cannot die from old age, disease, or normal weapons, only from angelic weapons.

Alastor is very stubborn, and with the wound in his chest, the absence of his power since his staff is broken and the loss of his eyes, he will try to pretend that everything is fine in front of Vox and in front of all of Hell; he does not like to be treated as an invalid because of his lack of sight, even though he is one.

Alastor is angry inside, with Rosie for not giving him enough power to defeat Adam and with himself for losing and being overconfident.

Alastor is a virgin, he hasn't even had his first kiss, much less had sex in his life, he has never had a partner.

Alastor is extremely proud and narcissistic.

Alastor unconsciously lowers his ears when he is comfortable, sad, angry, or experiencing strong emotions.

When he gets angry, his pupils become like radio dials, and the sclera of his eyes turns black.

Alastor is 2.13 meters tall (Vox is only 7 cm taller), has vibrant red hair, and deer ears (he doesn't have human ears) that end in black tips. He has a bob haircut with black tips, shaved in the back, and a quiff in the front.

Alastor lost his eyes; where they once stood there are only empty caves. The right eye is saturated with voodoo magic, the left eye has a scar that is also saturated, but the right eye is not.

Alastor doesn't know how to sew well, so the scar on his chest and his right eye are barely covered.

He has a red monocle, Alastor has grayish-brown skin.

Alastor wears a suit that covers his neck; the shirt underneath is button-down, vibrant red with a black cross on it; the jacket covering it is buttoned, with white lapel tips, and the rest of the suit is a darker red than the shirt with vertical stripes of a lighter red; the sleeves reach to the wrists; the back of the suit is torn at the tips; Alastor likes to have his suit like this; the tail of the suit is long and reaches a little below his knees.

Underneath his suit, Alastor hides a deer tail, the same color with a white back; he usually doesn't show it, but if he takes off his suit jacket it can be seen perfectly.

Alastor's legs and forearms degrade to black, until reaching his fingers in dark red. Alastor's shoes are actually his feet, which are deer feet, but when he transforms and uses all his power they transform into those of a common deer.

Alastor possesses a red staff with a living eye in the center, shaped like a microphone with a white tip. Alastor ALWAYS carries his microphone because it is the source of his radio power.

After the rejection, Alastor and Vox became enemies. From the outside, it looked as if radio and video were fighting to see who was the best medium. Inside, the resentment that Vox had accumulated led him to annoy Alastor to the point that they fought constantly.

Vox becomes obsessed with Alastor, still in love with him, but even so, he creates the alliance he couldn't have with Alastor with other newer overlords, Valentino and Velvette, becoming "the Vee's".

70 years have passed, Vox and Alastor spend their time fighting, at the same time Vox increases his status as overlord alongside the Vee's, and his obsession reaches the point that he spies on every pentagram city, the city where the story takes place.

When Alastor returns after those 7 years, Vox is the most powerful overlord after him. He has influence because technology is at its peak, and television is also thriving. Upon learning that Alastor has returned, he doesn't hesitate to try to humiliate him. Although publicly it looked like another fight between radio and video, Vox was trying to get Alastor's attention, and after his return, Vox begins to make a habit of constantly spying on Alastor along with the rest of the Pentagram.

When he becomes an overlord, 20 years pass before he meets Vox, an overlord, the newest one, the overlord of television, technology and media, who has enough influence to start a technology company in Hell.

Alastor and Vox established a good relationship. Alastor considered them partners and colleagues, but Vox genuinely believed they were friends. They shared intimate pastimes like dancing and singing together, and drinking together. They generally went out very often, so much so that they both developed feelings for each other. Alastor never realized his own feelings, but he was aware of Vox's, which were very obvious. Since Alastor detested being touched, he usually didn't allow Vox to touch him, although he sometimes tolerated it, but he still didn't like being touched.

One night, Vox, in an attempt to keep Alastor close, invites him to the bar and while they drink together, Vox offers Alastor a partnership; professionally, they would be unstoppable, radio and video, while Vox's blushes were more than evident.

Alastor, who had already been used for his power by other overlords and sinners who claimed to be his friends but were only after his power and influence, develops the mentality that in Hell, due to its chaotic contrast, there are no friends, and without realizing his own feelings, he rejects Vox, telling him that he didn't expect Vox to be so weak as to ask him to join his team, that he is disappointed in him, and that there are no friends in Hell, implying that for what seemed to be the love of his life, Vox was nobody to Alastor.

Alastor is forced off the airwaves 83 years after his appearance in Hell, disappearing completely from the public eye and from Vox's life. Seven years later, Alastor returns, only to go to the Hazbin Hotel on Rosie's orders.

The Hazbin Hotel is a hotel for redeeming sinners (although at the time the story takes place, no one knows that sinners can actually be redeemed). It is run by Charlie Morningstar, Princess of Hell, whom Alastor offers help, thus becoming the hotel's host. He contributes ideas and other things to Charlie, seeking to gain her trust for Rosie's plan and thus free her soul once and for all, although that will not happen soon.

Based on the story, Alastor is known as the Radio Demon. In Hell, sinners are people who were evil in life and ended up in the underworld after death. In Alastor's case, he was a famous radio host, but also a serial killer. He met his end at the age of 45 when, while hiding a body in the woods, a hunter mistook him for a deer and shot him in the head.

In Hell, he is a powerful overlord, that is, a sinner who has enough influence and power to be considered superior to the rest of the sinners, but Alastor is not the only overlord, there are other sinners just as strong who are also overlords, although Alastor is the strongest of all, but nobody knows that he is so powerful.

His power stems from his life as a voodoo practitioner in New Orleans in the 1930s. This allowed him to learn what awaited him in Hell, and he made a deal with Rosie, a cannibalistic demon who has been there for a very long time, believed to be since Victorian times. Alastor tells her he wants to secure his place among the most powerful demons, so Rosie grants him power, but in return, Alastor becomes her pet. She will have his soul until Alastor completes a very difficult task. Ninety years after his death, Alastor still has to complete that task, and thus remains Rosie's pet.

Alastor dies the day after finalizing the deal, and once in Hell, the first thing he does upon arriving is to murder the overlords of that time. First, he kidnaps them, then, presenting himself as the Radio Demon, he broadcasts the screams of the overlords being removed through the audible medium, making himself known, instilling fear, and because he already had great power from his deal, he easily became an overlord.
