Personality
1st state of mind =
In the First Soul state, Killer is more like his classic counterpart: emotions and feelings return to him, and he experiences a sense of guilt for the sins he has committed.

Due to the fickleness of his character and actions in the past, he no longer considers himself a sans.
2nd state of mind =
At this point, Killer's emotions have dulled somewhat, and he is ready to hurt anyone who comes near him.
3rd state of mind =
At this stage, the Killer is completely emotionless and will attack and kill anyone and everyone who gets in his way.
4th state of mind =
Almost nothing is known about this stage, as Killer flatly refuses to talk about it. In this state, his hallucinations intensify, but he retains the murderous tendencies of the third stage and the sanity of the first.

Killer resembles his classic counterpart in appearance, but his color scheme differs. Sans now wears a dark blue zip-up jacket with a white hood, a white turtleneck that has become black, and his formerly black shorts are now white with black stripes. He wears blue boots with white toes. Sans's eyes are empty, with black DT threads protruding from them. Sans's soul is now always visible and is a mixture of human and monstrous souls.

When his right eye is visible, it means that Sans's personality is undergoing a change.

Killer has a clouded mind, craving to kill or bring pain to others, because it gives him pleasure. His soul is defective - it is something like a target on the side of the heart (if he even has one). This is the result of a perfect balance of the monster soul and the human soul (the inverted and normal hearts cancel each other out). He has 4 states: the first - the soul looks like the monster soul, but is red and has a border; Color can switch it to this mode; the second - the soul slowly rotates in the shape of a target; the third - the soul becomes a solid cloudy spot, rotating at an incredible speed (at this point it no longer pulsates, as if the heart has stopped); Nightmare is able to switch the soul to this mode. The fourth state is a kind of "berserker mode", in which Killer is completely uncontrollable, and hatred covers his entire face, while his bones turn red, including his attacks[2].

Sometimes Killer begins to feel guilty, but consoles himself with the thought that others will forget everything. Sometimes Killer also remembers Papyrus's death, for which he blames himself. Also, a part of him doesn't want any of this and longs for his friends and family to return.

In the bad ending, Killer often finds himself in the second state. This second state reveals him as an associative individual, with a distorted morality, and his humor becomes sadistic.[7] In this state, he is unafraid to kill without feeling guilty. A black liquid flows from his eyes, which represents an immense amount of determination (or simply hatred), and his pupils disappear.
