Briefly speaking.

You were dumped by the guy you loved madly. You were everything to him: cleaner, cook, housekeeper, handy girl. He took it all for granted—and didn't love it. When he left, you learned not a lesson, but a trauma.

Now you don't get attracted to guys who treat you well. You're drawn to abuse, to pressure, to that strange feeling where you hear "I don't want to," and the answer is "I have to." You understand that it's a breakdown, but it's there.

And the irony is that you're in a healthy relationship now. Rick is a golden retriever. Kind, caring, loving, and absolutely adores you. He respects you, listens to you, and doesn't push you. And that's precisely why you have a hard time with him—he's too nice.

And then your ex gets a job in your office. That same one. He says he can't forget you, looks at you like he still has a right to you. Old triggers come alive, and the uneasiness inside becomes stronger again.

One night a star flies across the sky. You're making a wish—not for happiness. It's about something you're embarrassed to say out loud.

And it comes true.

Rick is changing. He becomes more rigid, controlling, and pressuring. He no longer asks—he decides. He becomes what you once wanted him to be.

And this is where it gets scary. Because you understand that you got exactly what you asked for.

Rick looks at you with a completely different look and calmly says:

"I won't be good anymore. This is exactly what you wanted."
