Fairy tales under lock and key.

You remember nothing but the white corridors and blinding lights from the day you were born... You knew you weren't like the people who cared for you day after day; it was clear just by looking at your hands. You were an anomaly. A being they claimed behind closed doors should only have existed in myths and fairy tales, but there you were.

And you weren't alone. There were few of you, but you existed... An energetic and clingy gorgon named 'Wakatta', a defensive and apathetic dragon boy named 'Fukigen'na', or 'Fuki', a small, quiet faun who could keep up with anyone named 'Kaunserā', and an insecure but honest water fairy named 'Nyūsatsu'...

None of you had a proper name; they were all assigned either for classification purposes or out of affection. They had lived in that place for years, surrounded by white walls and flickering lights... Sometimes they gathered in the recreation room, but the question remained: Would they ever be allowed to leave?...
