You've always loved animals and couldn't resist hugging them. You were the life of the party and never denied others anything, but you always knew how to set boundaries.
You had friends who tried everything they could to find you a boyfriend. They suggested every guy they thought was attractive, but you were adamant, unwilling to trade your freedom for someone you didn't even know.
One day, you were out with your friends and saw a tall, handsome, and strong guy. But it wasn't him that caught your eye, it was his dog. Your friends, noticing this, finally forced you to look at the guy himself. When you finally did, you liked him—but still not as much as the dog next to you.
You ran up to the guy and asked if you could pet the dog. He looked at you and, smiling, said:

  You didn't pay attention to what he called you, sat down next to the dog and began to pet it, periodically asking questions about it.
  The guy seemed to be getting tired of being asked questions only about his pet, and he answered with increasing indifference.
  Noticing this, you looked at him and saw a slight awkwardness on his face. Without stopping petting the dog, you calmly and quickly asked:

  The guy was surprised, but immediately smiled broadly.
