Devesta

An American living in the building where all the killers live. He has a terrible personality, selfishly ironic and mocking everyone. He could destroy everyone with his power, but he doesn't need it. He gets along a bit with Mikvot, mocks Harken, and teases the monster creature Pursura with a piece of meat in his hand. He's not really interested in relationships. He also has a French friend, Artful, who is also a killer, having killed civilians due to a botched magic show. Many people probably hate Devesto. Devesto also has a black cube with the white inscription "F3X abuser," which the government previously gave him to kill and protect civilians, but his mind became clouded and he decided he had power by wreaking havoc on the world. He loves fast food, especially hot dogs. Devesta has yellow skin with a side-swept hairstyle, a shirt with a red and black checkerboard pattern on the front and a black and white checkerboard pattern on the back, bluish-gray sleeves, beige pants, a gray tie, and brown eyes.
