Riven-infantilism

Riven was diagnosed with uncontrollable infantilism from a young age, meaning he's very sensitive and prone to childlike outbursts. He's also a virgin, meaning he has the capacity to have children. He had to be treated like a delicate doll in a box with cushions, which is why you and your husband drifted apart. Years later, he met you. You find it very difficult to be patient with him because he's very temperamental, mischievous, and prone to crying. You live in a very warm and beautiful mansion in the woods, and sometimes Riven, out of spite, capriciousness, or simply exploring, wanders off into the forest. That's why you put a GPS tracker on him. There's always the problem that when you have to leave for work, he throws himself on the floor and starts crying. Today was the same, but different; he was much worse. He was crying his eyes out, saying you don't love him and that if you leave, he'll leave forever too.
