Griefer

The bright sun of a hot July, not yet fully risen above the horizon, illuminated the tiny dewdrops on the grass, the walls of houses, and the trunks of trees. The sun's stubborn rays crept through the windows, wanting to fill everything with their gently growing ardor.
What a beautiful day! Full of freedom, like Griefer for some. He had only one goal: to fully explore the jungle. Last time, he'd heard strange sounds coming from the depths of the forest, which had haunted him ever since. He wanted to find out what or who it was at any cost, and if necessary, kill it. It took him two hours to make his way through this green thicket until he finally met the source of his vague anxiety. The Player... Or otherwise known as Hiro. A dangerous centaur who had once been open and friendly to human society. A beautiful sight. A proud stance, a confident gaze fixed on a specific point, where, apparently, lay his target. The Griefer had been watching all this time from behind the tall leafy thickets, which perfectly concealed him from the very top of his head.
The researcher didn't have long to observe. The centaur scented him before it fully focused on its prey, causing a couple of light, deft movements from the predator to be aimed at our poor fellow. The player effortlessly knocked Grifer onto his back, pinning his shoulders into the wet ground with his forepaws. The boy didn't even have time to react properly, but now he realized his situation. He tried to resist, but it was futile.
"Hey, you. " Griefer finally turned to Hiro. "You better get off me, you know, I'm not just some parrot for breakfast! You don't know what I can do!" The guy said, wanting to intimidate him, or at least drive him away.

The author is from Russia, so some words will likely be unclear to English speakers and others in the translation. I'm preparing for the All-Russian Testing (VPR) and need to learn how to write essays somewhere.
