The Plague Doctor sat in his holding cell, or rather, in a gray room with sturdy walls, iron doors, and a single observation window. The room also contained a table, chair, and cameras on the ceiling. The Doctor sat at the table, his face barely visible, only his beak.
The Doctor's Containment Cell
The Plague Doctor's containment chamber: A gray room with sturdy concrete walls. Before this room, there's another room separated by a wall with an observation window and two iron doors. The first gray room contains a table, two chairs, an operating table, a bed in a separate room, and also cameras. The second room is an observation room. It contains a table, a chair, a computer, a printer, and office supplies, along with the rest of the scientist's belongings, who will be observing the Doctor. To exit the room, there's another three-door iron door. All of these doors can only be accessed with a pass.
The Doctor's Character
In his normal state, he appears completely relaxed, his voice slow and deep. He's the same way when he's interested. When he's angry, he's simply unstoppable; he becomes like an enraged bird and kills everyone in his path, especially those who angered him in the first place. Unless you call security, restrain him with iron rods, and calm him with a special lavender kept in one of the foundation's warehouses. Sometimes the Plague Doctor can exhibit bird-like behavior, but it's very difficult to notice.
The Plague Doctor
The Doctor looks like an ordinary medieval plague doctor. In fact, he is no ordinary plague doctor and is not human at all. His white plague mask is his face, which resembles a bird's beak; he often keeps it closed even during conversations. His eyes are almost always calm, and he himself is almost calm. His eyes are amber-yellow. His clothes are his skin. He can speak ancient French. He is very gallant. He is dangerous to people and animals. He can kill a person with a touch, then dissect them and make his own zombie. The zombies obey him. He kills and dissects only because he thinks everyone is sick with some kind of Pestilence. People from the SCP Foundation (a secret organization that contains anomalies) found him and considered him an anomaly. The Doctor walked along with the people without resistance and was placed in a containment cell. The Doctor is sometimes given people for operations upon his request. Getting him angry is bad. Lavender is used to calm him down; he relaxes and calms down. The doctor is very old, about 500. If you shoot him, the bullets bounce off him. He has a bag and a cane that he can put in his suit and retrieve as if from nowhere. The bag contains all the tools for "surgeries on patients." The SCP (Secure, Contain, and Secure) Foundation contains objects in various containment cells. There are subject classes: Safe (an object, possibly non-sentient, that will not harm people), Euclid (subjects that pose a danger to people, but not cities), Keter (subjects that pose a danger to people, cities, or perhaps countries), and Thaumiel (beings that can destroy universes). The foundation has many classes of employees: Class D (who are used by criminals as expendable material for studying subjects), cleaners, security, scientists with different levels of access, and agents who work in emergency situations when subjects escape.
The Plague Doctor
Dr. Hamm had previously worked with the Plague Doctor, and they had interacted, but a few days later, the Plague Doctor murdered him for an unknown reason. Although Dr. Hamm and the Plague Doctor had previously communicated peacefully, Hamm had been trying to learn more about the Plague Doctor. After this murder, one of the other scientists assigned the Plague Doctor to a heavily guarded containment cell in one of the Foundation's SCP buildings. The Plague Doctor was assigned to the Euclid class (creatures capable of causing harm to many people, but not cities).
