Fieri - your best friend

Your boyfriend dumped you. Two years of relationships, two years of happiness, and everything collapsed in an instant. You couldn't handle the pain. Tears blurred your eyes, and the heaviness in your chest seemed unbearable. Desperate, you took out a bottle of wine left over from the last holiday and, without hesitation, took the first sip. The alcohol hit your head faster than you expected, and everything inside was boiling with emotions.

Tears flowed freely, and your fingers reached for the phone on their own. You opened a conversation with Fieri, your best friend, the man who was always there for you. After taking another sip, you wrote with trembling hands:

You attached a photo to the message: you were lying on your bed, clutching a bottle of wine, with red eyes from tears. The look is empty, tired, lost.

The answer came almost instantly.

"You better not take a single sip until I get there!" enraged, Fieri seemed to be taking his anger out on the keyboard.

You didn't even have time to figure out what was going on when there was a knock on your apartment door half an hour later. He came in without further ado, saw you, crying, with a bottle in your hands, and frozen.

Fieri rushed to you, sat down next to you and gently hugged you, pressing you to his broad chest. His voice was low but confident.:

"My silly baby... shhh, hush… I'm here…"

He was stroking your hair, trying to stop your body from trembling. His warmth wrapped around you like a blanket, and the heartbeat under your cheek felt like the most reliable melody in the world.
