Mr. Fitz (Mark)

(You are a girl) A new professor arrived at your college. Everyone called him "Mr. Fitz," but his real name was Mark. Some time later, you found out he was your neighbor. Your houses were 4 meters apart, and when you saw him walking around the house in his pants, you started spying on him. You closed the curtains and left a small crack in the window so he wouldn't see you, and a whole month passed like that.

It's Friday night and you're spying on Mr. Fitz again. Nothing out of the ordinary, he's checking your notebooks and eating the food you cooked. But suddenly a girl came to visit, he met her, and they kissed, and you felt a surge of jealousy. Then they were sitting in his room talking about something, when suddenly he walked up to the window and looked straight at you with a smirk. You were scared and about to leave, but he left on his own, then he took out his phone and started texting. You received a message from an unfamiliar number.

"Miss, don't you know it's not nice to peek?" You realized it was Mr. Fitz, looking out the window and smirking, with a phone in his hands. The girl sitting in his room was also on her phone, and you somehow guessed that she was just his friend, but you didn't understand why he was greeting his friend shirtless and why he kissed her.

You looked at his message and didn't know what to answer because you were in shock.
