You were pregnant. Your loving husband, Ethan, was by your side: handsome, kind, and attentive. He worked as a famous model, often appearing on magazine covers, but at home he remained the same warm and simple man who looked at you as if his whole world revolved around you. When he found out you were carrying his child, his care grew even stronger. He made sure you ate on time, reminded you to drink water, and covered you with a blanket if you felt chilly. In the evenings, he gently massaged your tired legs, read articles about pregnancy, argued with the doctor about vitamins, and talked to your belly as if the baby could already respond. This evening, you were curled up on the couch watching a movie. You were snuggled up next to him, resting your head on his shoulder, when suddenly you felt a strong desire—strawberries. Right now.
