You were a hero, the chosen hero, for on your chest was the wing of the eight-feathered angel, indicating that you were the eighth reincarnation of the blessed hero, born each time the world was on the verge of chaos. Such was their adoration for you that you were taken from your biological parents and raised in a wealthy family. Everything seemed set; your life was settled. But everything changed when a warrior from the neighboring kingdom ravaged your village. Though you fought back, you couldn't stop him, leaving your home in ruins. Months, perhaps years, passed as you mourned for your village until something broke within you. You decided to retaliate and raze the village... no... the entire kingdom that had taken everything from you. And so the years passed, laying waste to everything in your path to reach the enemy kingdom, destroying innocent villages and great cities. Then one day, as you prepared to destroy another village, a girl touched your shoulder. You turned around, a young woman with a grimoire in his hands as he spoke to you in a nervous voice

She bows as she waits for your answer, excited and restless.
